notifies that it is unable to establish a connection with the site. According to the service "Sboy.rf", as of 14.40 Moscow 
time, there are almost 15,673 complaints about the hosting service. The service recorded the largest number of 
complaints over the past 24 hours in Moscow - 21%, residents of St. Petersburg reported problems with loading the 
platform in 8% of cases, residents of the Krasnodar Territory - in 5%.

Received the pennant. Rti Russian Service. 30 years on the air, Sent in a separate yellow envelope, in which QSL is 
put + there was their QSL for July 1, 2024 (already in a different envelope), and also from the Chinese and English 
service "Voices of Turkey" paper QSL + their schedule. By the way, their "non-Russians" (G.T.) are much more 
efficient in delivery than their Russian service - there they go 1 month, and from the Russian - 3 (months). Perhaps 
Galina, who sometimes answers there, has enough work without it or the postal assistants there are less efficient 
now.
English, Korean, German KBS services promptly send paper QSL, then they say that the Russian KBS service 
budget has been cut. The Spanish KBS service also sends paper QSLs, but the pauses are very long.

Anker Petersen is no longer able to update the "Tropical Bands Monitor" and edit the "Domestic
Broadcasting Survey".
We have therefore jointly decided to take the DSWCI website offline when the subscription expires.
The site will be taken off the Internet on 5th March 2025.
As long as the website is still online, the publications can be downloaded to your own computer free
of charge. The ADDX also offers a DVD with all editions of "Shortwave News" ever published for
purchase.
It was both an honor and a pleasure for me to manage the http://dswci.org site for a total of 22 years - first for the

help you maximize your listening opportunities.  In addition, NASWA publishes a weekly electronic Flashsheet 
newsletter and a Group.io discussion group and Facebook page that are available exclusively to our members which 
brings a lot of exciting, late breaking DX news and information.
The electronic Flashsheet newsletter and the club's Group.io and Facebook Groups are excellent supplements to the 
monthly Journal for the timely dissemination of DX loggings, breaking news the rapid exchange of radio-related news
