frequencies and transmitting centers for broadcasting.

On August 30, 2023, Lithuania submitted a frequency of 666 kHz to the competition. This is an old frequency of 
Lithuanian Radio. In the recent past, there was even a broadcast in Russian.
At that time, the Vikhr-type transmitter was operating, with a power of 500 kW.
Lithuania itself has not been broadcasting anything on this frequency for ten years. And now... Suddenly out of 
nowhere. Contest.

procedure. Who and what will broadcast - it was clearly known in advance. Otherwise, Sitkunai would not have been

What kind of transmitter: a restored Soviet one or they will bring imports again, at the moment one can only guess.
