RUSSIA ======= Arhangelskaya oblast. ---------------------------------- On December 6, at exactly 00:00, the broadcasting station in the village of Konosha began broadcasting the programs of Radio Russia with the regional inserts of Radio Pomorie. According to estimates, about 13,466 residents of the municipality live in the coverage area of the new FM transmitter, including its administrative center - the urban-type settlement of Konosha. In order to receive the programs of the state radio station, which is part of the VGTRK holding, it is necessary to tune the receiving equipment to a frequency of 102.6 MHz. The commissioning of new equipment for broadcasting radio stations "Radio Russia" at all facilities will be carried out by the end of 2020, and in Mogocha - at the beginning of 2021. In total, within the framework of the program, 58 FM broadcasting facilities of Radio Russia will be built on the territory of the region, along with the existing repeaters: Chita, Khilok, Duldurga, Calga. At 612 strong signal with transmission in Russian. This is "Birinchi-radio", but parallelism with 4010 is difficult to check because of the very weak modulation on it. The timbre of the voice seems to be the same, but the words cannot be made out. The program was broadcast in Russian until 12.00, then we switched to Kyrgyz with identification. So far in the evening I have heard on 612 only TMP in Kyrgyz and Russian after 15.00. Now we need to find out when "Birinchi-radio" switches to TMP. 14.43. The whole evening at 612 kHz there was no hint of Kyrgyzstan, until at 14.43 a strong carrier turned on on the frequency. This means that earlier the transmitter was turned off (it remains to find out when they do it: at 13.00 or 14.00). At 14.47 the TMP call sign started, at 14.57 Kyrgyz music started playing, at 14.59 I played the callsign once, and at 15.00 TMP transmission began. 08.12.2020 22.50.
